What is billable?

Enabled Admin and Manager logins. Monitored employees, devices, and clients are included.

When does billing start?

The 14-day pilot begins when your account is ready; no card is required. To continue, subscribe from the dashboard. Billing begins at checkout and repeats monthly on that date. New logins appear on the next invoice; partial months are not prorated unless required by law.

How are payments handled?

Stripe hosts card entry and processes automatic payment. Taxes are added where required.

Paying per monitored user today? The crossover is N = 100 × logins ÷ their per-user rate — about 30 monitored employees for three logins against a $10 seat. Work out your own crossover, including the fleet sizes where SnitchOS costs more.

What buyers usually ask.

Do I pay per monitored employee?
No. Monitored employees, devices, and clients are included. You pay $100 per enabled Admin or Manager login each month.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a charge fails, Stripe retries it and SnitchOS notifies the billing contact. If the invoice remains unpaid after the retry window, the workspace may be locked — dashboard access and endpoint data collection both stop, though nothing already collected is deleted right away. Paying the balance restores access; a workspace still locked after 90 days is removed.
Is there a free tier?
No. A 14-day pilot includes the current feature set and a test deployment. No card is required to start the pilot.
Can I change dashboard logins?
Yes. Add or deactivate Admin and Manager accounts when needed. An account is billable while it is enabled at the monthly billing cutoff.
