How billing works
When does billing start?
Monthly billing starts at checkout. New logins hit the next invoice; no proration unless required by law.
How are payments handled?
Card on file with Stripe, charged automatically. Tax added where required.
Paying per user? Three logins break even against a $10 seat at 30 employees. Run your numbers.
What buyers ask
Do I pay per monitored employee?
No. Only enabled Admin and Manager logins are billed.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Stripe retries and we notify your billing contact. If it stays unpaid the workspace locks: dashboard and collection stop, data is kept. Pay and access returns. A workspace locked for 90 days is deleted.
Is there a free tier?
No, but a one-time 14-day pilot is available. Otherwise subscribe and cancel any time.
Can I change dashboard logins?
Yes, any time. Billed if enabled on the billing date.
