Pay for management access, not headcount
SnitchOS costs $100 per enabled Admin or Manager login per month. One paid login is $100; two are $200. Monitored employees and devices are unlimited. Adding employees does not add per-employee fees.

Start with one Windows device
- Create an account and sign in with Microsoft 365. Add your subscription in the dashboard.
- Tell employees what will be monitored, who can access it, and why. Adapt the employee monitoring notice template to your workplace.
- Install on one Windows device and verify its activity before rolling out to the team. IT can also deploy through Intune, Group Policy, or an RMM.
The agent monitors Windows devices; it is not a Mac or Linux agent. Input metrics count activity without recording typed keys. Screenshots may still capture visible messages or documents. Read the employee FAQ and security and privacy details before deployment.
