Counts, not content

Questions agency owners ask

Does it read email or record keystrokes?

No. Keystrokes and clicks are counted, never recorded, and SnitchOS does not read the content of email or documents. Window titles, website addresses and screenshots can still show what was on screen, so limit who can view them.

Will staff know they are monitored?

They should. The agent runs as a visible Windows service, and our notice template covers what is collected and who sees it. Telling staff is the agency's responsibility; check your state's law, as some states require written notice.
